Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed with BuyBright. Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, and any delivery estimates are shown during checkout or in your order confirmation. We accept orders only for destinations that are available at checkout.

Order processing and delivery estimates

Any processing or delivery timeframe shown at checkout or in your order confirmation is an estimate, not a guarantee, unless we expressly state otherwise. Processing and transit times may vary due to product availability, carrier operations, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If an unexpected issue materially affects your order, contact us and we will assist.

Shipping charges and tracking

Applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order, unless stated otherwise. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the contact details provided with your order. Carrier tracking may take time to update after dispatch.

Delivery details

Please check that your delivery address and contact details are accurate before completing checkout. If you notice an error, email us promptly at Contact@buybright.net; we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once processing or dispatch has begun. Delivery dates may be affected by an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or carrier delays.

Cross-border orders

If delivery to your address is offered from another country, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply unless they are collected or expressly stated at checkout. Any charges assessed by authorities or carriers at delivery are generally the recipient’s responsibility, subject to applicable law and the terms shown at checkout.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order appears lost, is substantially delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us at Contact@buybright.net with your order number and relevant details. We will review the shipment and assist in accordance with applicable law.
